Follow Me users may request deletion of their Follow Me account and associated user data, or request deletion of specific data without deleting the entire account.
Include the email address or username associated with the account. Follow Me may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
If you want to keep your account but request deletion of particular data, email info@followmeapp.io or use the Follow Me Support form and identify the data you want deleted.
When an account-deletion request is verified and processed, Follow Me deletes or de-identifies account profile information and user-controlled content associated with the account where applicable, including stored profile data and platform content. Data requested for deletion without account deletion is deleted or de-identified where the request can be fulfilled consistently with legal, security, and platform obligations.
Limited records may be retained only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal or regulatory obligations, tax or accounting requirements, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the platform. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten through normal backup rotation.
Follow Me will verify requests as needed and process valid requests in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements. If additional information is required, Follow Me will contact the requester using the information supplied with the request.
