This Privacy Policy explains how Follow Me Group and its affiliated Follow Me entities (collectively, “Follow Me,” “FMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the Follow Me mobile applications, websites, creator and business tools, events, messaging, commerce, wallet, advertising, AI, registry, and related services (the “Services”).
Depending on how you use Follow Me, we may collect account and profile information; contact details; age or date-of-birth information; content, comments, messages, media, voice or video you choose to provide; transaction, wallet, purchase, subscription, payout and billing information; device, log, diagnostic and usage data; approximate or precise location when you grant permission; contacts or social connections you choose to share; event, team, school, creator, business or organization information; and information needed for safety, fraud prevention, rights management, and compliance.
We use information to provide and personalize the Services; authenticate accounts; operate feeds, profiles, messaging, events, commerce, advertising and payments; recommend content and opportunities; provide safety and parental controls; prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access; measure performance; support creators, businesses and partners; comply with law; enforce our agreements; and improve or develop Follow Me products and features.
Follow Me may use first-party analytics and approved advertising or measurement providers, including mobile advertising services, to measure use of the Services, prevent invalid activity, deliver or measure ads, and improve relevance. Where required, we request consent before using advertising identifiers or similar technologies. Users with an eligible ad-free entitlement may have third-party feed advertising removed, although sponsored or commercial content may still appear where permitted by the applicable product terms.
When you intentionally use AI-assisted creation, remix, likeness, voice, registry, or rights-management features, we process the content and instructions you provide to perform the requested feature, apply permissions, maintain provenance or rights records, detect abuse, and support authorized monetization. Additional notices or agreements may apply to professional productions, licensed likenesses, minors, or enterprise uses. Follow Me does not grant third parties rights to your protected likeness or content beyond the permissions, licenses, and agreements applicable to the feature or transaction.
We may share information with service providers that process data for us; payment, fraud, identity, hosting, communications, analytics, advertising, fulfillment, and customer-support providers; organizations or creators you intentionally interact with; authorities when legally required; and parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or measurement activities may be treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws, and applicable opt-out rights will be honored.
Follow Me uses age-aware experiences, content ratings, safety controls, and where applicable parent or guardian authorization. We do not knowingly permit collection or use of a child’s personal information in violation of applicable law. Accounts, events, productions, gifting, payments, public profiles, or other features involving minors may have additional restrictions and consent requirements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain uses of your personal information, and to withdraw consent or opt out of certain advertising or profiling. You can also manage many permissions through your device settings. We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.
You may request deletion of your Follow Me account and associated personal data. Certain limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, rights-management, or regulatory obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Follow Me operates across multiple countries. Information may be processed in jurisdictions other than where you live, subject to applicable transfer safeguards and legal requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, laws, or our practices change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
