These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Follow Me mobile applications, websites, creator and business tools, events, messaging, commerce, wallet, advertising, AI, registry, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, creating an account, or accepting these Terms in the app, you agree to them.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Age requirements, parental or guardian consent, and feature restrictions may apply based on your location, age, account type, and the nature of a particular event, production, transaction, or service. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by Follow Me’s own unauthorized access or misconduct.
You may not use the Services to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, exploit minors, distribute unlawful sexual content, harass or threaten people, manipulate platform systems, spread malware, conduct fraud, evade safety controls, or interfere with the operation of Follow Me. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action to enforce these Terms and protect users, partners, and the platform.
You retain ownership of content you own. When you upload, post, transmit, register, license, sell, or otherwise make content available through Follow Me, you grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to host, reproduce, process, display, distribute, adapt, transmit, moderate, promote, and operate that content within the Services and as required by the feature you choose. Additional production, licensing, registry, creator, enterprise, NIL, or likeness agreements may provide different or additional rights and will control for those specific uses.
Follow Me and its licensors own the Services, software, designs, trademarks, platform technology, proprietary systems, and related intellectual property, excluding user content owned by users or third parties. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Follow Me intellectual property to you. Patent, registry, rights-management, and attribution notices may apply to specific platform features.
Follow Me may offer AI-assisted creation, remix, recommendation, moderation, translation, voice, likeness, and other automated features. Outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before important use. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for material you submit. Special agreements may be required before a person’s protected likeness, voice, or performance may be used for commercial AI-generated content.
Purchases and paid features may be processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or other approved payment providers. Pricing, taxes, fees, refunds, payout terms, virtual currency rules, creator splits, and subscription conditions shown at checkout or in a specific agreement form part of these Terms. In-app units such as FMT are platform functionality and do not represent a bank deposit or legal tender unless expressly stated otherwise under an applicable product agreement.
The Services may include advertising, sponsored content, brand campaigns, affiliate offers, or commercial recommendations. Paid or sponsored relationships should be disclosed where required. An ad-free entitlement may remove certain third-party feed advertising but does not necessarily remove branded content, creator promotions, marketplace listings, or other commercial experiences that are part of the Services.
Follow Me may connect you with creators, teams, schools, events, businesses, destinations, merchants, sponsors, service providers, or other third parties. Unless expressly stated, those parties are responsible for their own goods, services, representations, schedules, availability, and legal obligations. Additional terms may apply to a specific transaction or relationship.
We may use human review, automated systems, reports, age or content ratings, and other safeguards to enforce platform rules. We may investigate suspected abuse, preserve evidence, cooperate with lawful requests, limit distribution, remove content, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
Features may change, be added, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Availability may vary by country, device, account type, age, partner, event, or regulatory requirement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, although we will use reasonable efforts to maintain and improve the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Follow Me disclaims warranties that cannot legally be required and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages except where such limitations are prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, legal requirements, safety risks, fraud, nonpayment, or misuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, licenses already granted, payment obligations, disclaimers, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms as the Services or applicable law changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance.
